Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. The item must also be faulty or defective to qualify for a return.
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Additional non-returnable items include gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You must contact us first to create a return claim and obtain a claim number. Returns sent without an approved claim number will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, such as items with obvious signs of use, opened media products (including CDs, DVDs, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records), items not in their original condition, damaged items or items missing parts not due to our error, or items returned more than 5 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item and inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of days.
If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or returns.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@bumblebeeprofessional.com to initiate the process.
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the item is received. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
To return your product, you must contact us first to create a return request. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions. You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
